
Getting Started
Phone Consultation
I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation that can be scheduled via email or text. This call gives you the chance to share a bit about what brings you to therapy and to ask any questions that you have for me. A phone consultation is not required and, if it is your preference, we can move to scheduling an initial appointment.
Session Fees
All therapy sessions are conducted via telehealth and are approximately 55 minutes in length.
Session fee: $165 per session
Using Insurance
If you plan to use your insurance benefits, the amount you owe will depend on your deductible, copay, or coinsurance. You can find out this information by calling your insurance company’s member services phone number and asking about your outpatient mental health benefits for services provided in an office or telehealth setting.
Insurance can be confusing—please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. I’m happy to help you navigate the process.

Out-of-Network Options
For all other insurance plans, I am considered an out-of-network provider. In many cases, I can bill your insurance company electronically, so you won’t need to submit superbills yourself.
I recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your benefits for out-of-network mental health office visits.
