Professional Supervision
Clinical Supervision for Licensure in Washington State
Since 2012, I’ve had the privilege of supervising and mentoring licensure candidates, as well as master’s and undergraduate students (since 2003). Supporting developing clinicians through the early stages of their professional journey is one of the most rewarding University of Washington course on experiential education. This combination of academic and practical experience helps me support supervisees who are building confidence, competence, and clarity in their professional identities.
Group Supervision
My groups are designed to provide affordable clinical supervision for professionals working in non-profit, state agencies, and healthcare settings. Each group brings together supervisees from diverse backgrounds, creating a rich learning environment filled with multiple perspectives and mutual respect. We engage in thoughtful discussions about case consultation and how we can more effectively serve our clients and communities. Some of my past groups have decided to organize field trips to enhance our learning and connection!
My supervision style is grounded in reflection, authenticity, and a strong commitment to social justice. I aim to create a supportive environment where you can explore your own growth edges, deepen your clinical understanding, and strengthen your voice as a practitioner.
Structure & Rates
- Group Size: Up to 6 members
- Format: 10 consecutive weeks of supervision
- Frequency: 1 hour per week
- Total Fee: $250 for the 10-week series
- Telehealth Platform: early morning, evening and lunch hour offered
Getting Started:
Before joining a group, each participant completes a mandatory 1-hour individual session (billed at your group rate and preferably in person). This allows us to connect, discuss your goals, and set expectations together.
When your group supervision cycle concludes, you have the option to schedule a 1-hour individual termination session (at your group rate) to reflect on your progress and close out any logistics.
Individual & Dyad Supervision
For those who prefer a more personalized experience, I offer individual or dyad supervision at a rate of 120 an hour. For dyads, this cost is split evening between both supervisees.
