Some seek therapy because they are looking to explore patterns in their lives, while others are looking to navigate a current transition or change. Our work together will center around diminishing the struggles that you feel and increasing your enjoyment of life. Every person has inherent strengths, and therapy can help individuals identify and lean on those strengths.
I utilize CPT and EMDR, two evidence based therapies, when working with trauma and PTSD. I also utilize CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing and a variety of other therapeutic modalities when working with clients. We will work together to find the best approach for you.
