An initial 30 minute phone consultation is encouraged and offered free of charge.

55 minute therapy sessions are 155 dollars per session.

If you are using your insurance benefits with one of the companies listed below the amount you will owe is dependent upon your deductible, copay or co-insurance.  This information can be found by calling your insurance company and asking about your benefits for outpatient mental health services in an office setting.  Insurance is confusing, so please let me know if you have questions!

I am a contracted provider with the following insurance companies:

• Cigna
• Blue Cross/ Blue Shield
• First Choice
• Kaiser’s PPO Network
• Lifewise
• Premera

I can also bill as an out of network provider for most other insurance companies directly, or provide you with a superbill.  Benefits through individual insurance plans may vary and your plan’s information can be found by calling your insurance company.  Ask what your benefit is for outpatient mental health services in an out of network office setting.

A few spaces with an adjusted fee scale is available for qualified clients.
